Who are we ?

JEAN-NOËL FOUNDATION endowment fund whose registered office is located at Chemin de Vachères, Lieu-dit Bel Air, 04110 Reillanne (hereinafter the “Endowment Fund”) is the person responsible for processing personal data for the purposes described below.

What data do we process?

The data that is processed includes identification data (name, surname, contact details, company or institution), data entered in the content of your contact request, and data relating to your areas of interest.

Information collected by the Endowment Fund that is essential for fulfilling the aforementioned purposes is marked with an asterisk on the data collection forms. If you do not complete these mandatory fields, the Endowment Fund may not be able to provide the service in question.

Your data is collected directly by the Endowment Fund or may have been transmitted to us by our partners.

Who has access to your data?

Personal data is processed by the Endowment Fund and by the following third parties:

  • To IT service providers (external providers for IT maintenance purposes, for example)
  • To subcontractors involved in external communication (routing, etc.)
  • To the NAOS shareholder foundation,

Subcontractors acting on the instructions of the Endowment Fund will be required to implement appropriate safeguards.

If some of the Endowment Fund’s partners are located in countries whose regulations do not necessarily offer the same level of protection as those of the European Union member states, the Endowment Fund will ensure that these transfers are carried out in accordance with the provisions imposed by French regulations (such as the implementation of contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission). How long do we keep your data?

The personal data processed by the Endowment Fund is stored in accordance with data protection regulations and for the legally prescribed periods. For example, data relating to your contact request is kept for 3 years from the date of last contact.

Your rights:

  • You have the right to request access to your personal data.
  • You have the right to request the correction of your personal data.
  • You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, (i) if you contest the accuracy of your data for the period enabling us to verify its accuracy, (ii) if you consider that we are processing your data unlawfully and you require a restriction of its use rather than its erasure, (iii) if we no longer need your data for the purposes referred to above but it is still required for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, (iv) in the event of exercising your right to object for the period of verification as to whether the legitimate grounds which we pursue override yours.
  • You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.
  • You have the right to request, at any time, to exercise your right to object to the processing carried out for reasons relating to your particular situation.
  • You also have the right to object, at any time and without giving a reason, to external communication
  • You have the right to exercise the right to data portability, which gives you the right to obtain a copy of the personal data concerning you or to transfer it to a third party in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
  • You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing which produces legal effects concerning you or significantly affects you.
  • You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where the processing of your data is based on consent.
  • You also have the right to make instructions regarding the retention, erasure and communication of your personal data after your death.
