Faced with three major challenges (ecological collapse, inequalities, deviant uses of AI), the HLU association was founded in 2021 by Jean-No\u00ebl Thorel and H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Le Teno. <\/strong><\/p>

Heart Leadership University includes an interdisciplinary, applied, and independent research hub. <\/span><\/span><\/p>

We therefore support several research programs in the humanities and social sciences, and in biology, focusing on the imaginaries and practices of leadership, in order to move towards a contributive, viable, sustainable, desirable economy in a world undergoing rapid change.

“From heart to action”: HLU’s unique transformational journey, “on the ground and among peers,” is for leaders who want to establish a new relationship with themselves, their organization, and the planet, and to lead and decide with heartfelt intelligence.
