Laying the foundations for a model that transcends the usual patterns of capitalist companies, NAOS bases its system of governance on a shareholder foundation.<\/p>

The originality of the model is based on the separation of capital and decision-making power with a view to creating value and ensuring the sustainable development of all NAOS activities in a spirit of loyalty, fairness and independence.<\/p>

This system of governance sanctifies the company, its cause and its purpose.<\/p>

This model makes it possible to manage two types of activity:<\/strong><\/p>

– economic activities through its companies<\/p>

– on the one hand, by promoting the development of social projects that enable people who are destitute and\/or suffering from mental distress to find the means to live and achieve personal fulfilment<\/p>

– secondly, by revealing talents so that they can be put to good use in a social or artistic project,<\/p><\/div>

– Also, by supporting non-profit educational and scientific activities, directly and indirectly affecting both young people and adults, in order to promote the realization of each individual’s human potential, their overall health (body-heart-mind) and their current or future contributing role in society,<\/p>

We wish to contribute positively, by supporting the concrete achievements<\/em> of actors on the ground such as the Ozanam Course, as well as individual “Dreams of Life” bearers, and also through a more “systemic” change<\/em>: by reaching today’s and tomorrow’s business leaders, in France and internationally, to enlighten them, equip them and enable them to move “from heart to action”.<\/p>
