The endowment fund Jean-Noël Thorel Foundation has been created on the 19th of avril 2014 by Jean-Noel Thorel.
On the 20th of June 2018, Jean-Noel Thorel and Celine Nebout transfered 100% of the assets of Jean-Noel Thorel Institution to the endowment fund. Jean-Noel Thorel institution is the holding company that governs and controls NAOS company.
By doing so, the founder Jean-Noel Thorel set up a new generous entity dedicated to give help and offer mutual assistance in order to foster the full realization of human potential
- by supporting the development of social projects and helping people are impoverished, helpless or in grievance to ensure their livelihoods and their personal fulfilment according their dreams.
- by revealing new talents and help them to accomplish social projects or artistic works
Starting from the observation that the moral suffering and the distress of the human beings are often the consequence of a failing education or life circumstances not allowing them to develop all their faculties…

We offer support to some who act for better lives of indigineous peoples currently at risk in Amazon, for access to education, health, energy and proper food in the Sahel region, for innovative housing programs for adults with autistic syndroms…
To contribute to the fullfilment of human potentiel, the understanding of our hearts is needed to elaborate projects that fit the specific local environment and that meet the needs of each person.
